A monthly cabaret & karaoke lounge

For the year 2018, Envision da Berry (501 c3 non-profit) will host it’s on-going  monthly FREE event, Showtunes Sing-along, at Clementine Restuarant located at  113 E. Main Street. This event takes place every last Saturday of the month from 7PM to 11PM except in November and December. Everyone is invited to attend this event especially those who enjoy singing their favorites from Broadway Musicals such as, “The Sound of Music”, “Phantom of the Opera”, “Annie”, and “Les Miserable”. If there is anything we miss feel free to donate and request something out of our songbooks. Donations/tips go back toward Envision da Berry. We have a live pianist on keyboard who accompanies the audience and lyrics are projected on screen to help everyone follow along.

The last Saturday dates for Showtunes Sing-along are as follows: January 27, February 24, March 31, April 28, May 26, June 30, July 28, August 25, September 29, October 27.

Usually the first half of the evening from 7-9PM the crowd will enjoy regular requests and classic Broadway favorites. Then in the second half of the evening, from 9-11, the music will edge toward more modern musicals and standards. Enjoy delicious cuisine, beverages from the bar and music to get your blood pumping. As an added bonus 20% of the proceeds from the bar will be donated to Envision da Berry to support its many community programs that “advance a brighter vision for Iberia Parish.”

“Da Berry” is both a nickname for New Iberia and a community of talented, creative people who love Iberia Parish. Envision da Berry is a 501c3 non-profit organization that was founded in 2011 and supports local creative and artistic activities and opens dialogue on innovative ways to improve cultural and economic development within Iberia Parish.
